Kjøp og abonnement

Abonnementer og kampanjekoder håndteres av Apple gjennom App Store. Vi får ikke tilgang til betalingsopplysningene dine eller Apple-kontoen din. Se Apples personvernerklæring.

Deling med andre

Sletting

Lokale data slettes når du sletter appen. Siden forslag og stjerner ikke kan kobles til deg, kan vi ikke finne «dine» innsendinger automatisk – men kontakt oss hvis du vil ha fjernet noe du har sendt inn, så hjelper vi deg.

In short

The Big Jive requires no login, shows no ads and uses no tracking or analytics tools. We don't know who you are.

Data that stays on your phone

The app stores the questions, your language choice and how much of the free time you have used locally on your device. This is not sent to us.

Data sent to us

Suggestions: When you submit a question or suggest an edit, the text is sent to our server so we can review it. It is stored without a name, account or device ID.
Ratings: When you rate a question, we only store the question and the number of stars – not who gave them.
Technical logs: Our server keeps standard operational logs (including IP address and time) to keep the service stable and secure. Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days and are not used to identify you.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and offer codes are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never get access to your payment details or your Apple Account. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

Deletion

Local data is deleted when you delete the app. Since suggestions and ratings can't be linked to you, we can't look up "your" submissions automatically – but contact us if you want something you submitted removed and we'll help.
